Jason Sobel

Jason Sobel joined GolfChannel.com as a senior writer in May 2011. He previously spent seven years on the professional golf beat for ESPN.com, first as editor, later as a columnist and blogger. Prior to that, he worked for ESPN’s Studio Production team.

A graduate of Brandeis University, Sobel has been recognized by the Golf Writers Association of America with five awards, including a first place in the Special Projects category in 2009. He also owns four Sports Emmy awards for his work in television.
