Webb defeated Lorena Ochoa, who also eagled the 18th, to get into the playoff. Ochoa moved up one spot to fifth.
Annika Sorenstam never threatened the top of the leaderboard, but remained in first. Michelle Wie, who was out of last week's rankings due to insufficient tournament entries, had a birdie putt on the last that could have put her in the playoff. She missed and settled for third place, but returned to No. 2 in the rankings.
Paula Creamer and Yuri Fudoh each dropped one to third and fourth, followed by Ochoa. Cristie Kerr dipped two notches to sixth. Ai Miyazato and Juli Inkster fell one to seventh and eighth, respectively.
Webb's second Kraft Nabisco title moved her to ninth, while Jeong Jang sank two to round out the top 10.
Hee-Won Han also slipped two to 11th, while Natalie Gulbis, who shared third place with Wie, remained in 12th. Jee Young Lee plummeted three to 13, followed by Sakura Yokomine, who also lost three places. Shiho Ohyama stayed pat in 15th.
Meena Lee fell two to 16, followed by Catriona Matthew, who tumbled down four spots to 17th. Kasumi Fujii dropped two to 18th, while Grace Park moved up one to No. 19. Pat Hurst climbed up to 20th.
