Situated in the heart of Miami, this Mark Mahannah masterpiece is the proud home of the Miccosukee Championship and is considered by many to have the best layout in the South Florida area. This picturesque and challenging facility has 27 holes, Par 72 at 6,700 yards. The lighted driving range accommodates up to 50 golfers.
Purchased in 2001 by the Miccosukee Tribe, the former Miami National Golf Club courses have hosted many LPGA and PGA events, including those attended by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer, among others.
The 9-hole "Baracuda" course at the Miccosukee Golf and County Club facility in Miami, Florida features 3,360 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Designed by Mark Mahannah, ASGCA, the Baracuda golf course opened in 1971.
