Albany Golf & Event Center's (formerly Spring Hill CC) championship eighteen-hole course was built on some of the most fertile ground in the world over 50 years ago. The terrain of the land and soil types make it such that it is one of the most enjoyable winter courses in the entire Pacific Northwest. Albany Golf has a unique "de-watering" system that allows the irrigation pumps used to water the course in the summer can be reversed to actually pump excess acumulations of rainwater off the golf course during the winter months.

During the summer months our state-of-the-art Rain Bird irrigation system keeps the golf course in tournament condition. Computers constantly monitor the local weather with our own on-site weather station. Albany Golf & Event Center has made a commitment in recent years to continually upgrade its irrigation system to provide the best possible conditions for its customers.
