In 1994, Jimmy Clay Golf Course became part of a 36-hole complex with the addition of Roy Kizer Golf Course on the southern portion of the site. Together the two courses make up one of the finest 36 hole complexes in the state.

The 18 hole Jimmy Clay Golf Course opened in 1974 as a relatively flat site surrounded by Williamson Creek. Designed by noted golf course Architect, Joe Finger, the course plays 6918 yards through treed areas, as well as, open spaces. The course is characterized by it's relatively large, elevated greens, and forgiving tee shots. In 2007, the course underwent renovations including three holes being redesigned, all of the greens being replanted, and all of the bunkers being rebuilt.
