-The Big Break V began with 11 women, all chasing their dream of playing on the LPGA Tour. Day by day, the eliminations came and went, but through it all there would be only 2 women determined enough to take their shot at the opportunity of a lifetime. It's Jeanne versus Ashley, winner takes all now on the Big Break V. -To be honest with you, I was hoping this would be the championship match. -I expect a dogfight. -We have the same amount of experience and we've played against each other so many times so we know each other's games. -I'm gonna bring my A game and she respects me the same manner. -I have the advantage for having been in the elimination challenge so many times. Ashley has won so many, many challenges. She also got a lot of rest. -It will be a great match because we both respect each other enough to not give it away. One of us is gonna have to beat the other person. -I think that it will be interesting in how we handle the pressure. -A mistake you will pay for it anytime somebody stagger in the competition that Jeanne had to compete in, she capitalized on a mistake. Same thing with myself. -I think that Ashley has her way of showing her confidence and she's more aggressive in that sense. I don't let that intimidate me at all because bottom line, you've gotta get the ball in the hole too. I like to let the club do the talking. It's not about how you come across and how tough you are. It's about getting the ball in the hole. -It's a phenomenal opportunity. It's a once in a lifetime experience. It's not just the results and the prize that you can get if you win the show. It's what you learn each day while you're here and what you take away each day. -I've learned to give it my best and just really want it. This would mean the world to me. -It truly has been a life-changing experience. -It's gonna be a mental battle and hopefully I will play better than her. -Nervous as hell. I felt just like the other days. -I was pumped up for the day and felt very refreshed. -I was so nervous. Oh, this is why I came. Oh. It's a lot to take in. -Well, good morning to everyone and a spectacular morning we have at the Arnold Palmer Course. First tee at Turtle Bay Resort then we're all back together just like we were from day 1 of this competition. Both of you have overcome adversity in terms of hitting shots when necessary, staying alive and finally reaching this goal. So best of luck, go out and enjoy the moment and I will tell you that for the winner, your life will change forever. -Ladies, you're facing 18 holes of match play here at the Palmer Course at the Turtle Bay Resort. -Well so much is on the line today obviously. First and foremost remember the champion of Big Break V receives an exemption to the LPGA Safeway Classic in 2006. Bridgestone is also offering up an equipment endorsement contract to give you the gear you need to compete wherever you go and Golf Smith is not going to be left out of the mix, a 10-thousand dollar prize package to the winner. -Let's not forget the incredible developmental package as well as one of you will join Dana in driving away with a brand new Chrysler Crossfire Roadster so a lot on the line today. -And it's best of luck, Jeanne and Ashley. You have quite a gallery that will be following you out there your fellow competitors and we'll be with you every step of the way. -Thank you. -Good luck. -Play well. -Thank you. -Good luck. -Yes, good luck. You too. -Alright. -Alright, girls. -The adrenaline is just going like this, just literally just pumping. -Oh I was excited to start. I just couldn't wait. -Try to just take deep breaths the entire morning. -I feel good. I feel like we're gonna have a really good match. We both are feeling great. We both felt like we're prepared for this. -Jeanne, you have the honors. Play away. -That's why she's a good driver. You wanna follow it up but you also don't wanna lead off on a bad manner and give her momentum. -I figured I wanna take a 5-wood and aim just towards the banyan trees. Thought a 3-wood would have been too much. I would've gone through the fairway. -You can't win it on the first shot so I think it was a matter of just getting that 1st shot over with. -Budging. -Thanks. -Jeanne taking the same approach as she did on our last show with the fairway wood ensuring that she doesn't hit it through the fairway. Smart play. -I was so nervous. Wow. Oh boy. This is it. I have never experienced nerves like that before. Just follow it up, just place it out in the fairway. Just stick to my game plan. I wasn't gonna deviate from it. -Good shot, Ashley. -Nice little fade, right around the tree, both of them. Very good shape. -It was like the beginning of the week in that very first challenge over with and then you're like you can continue on from there. -So I tried to reserve myself a little bit so I stay focused. -Off we go. -And under this kind of pressure, anything you can do is repeatable. It's a bonus. So this is fun. -This is gonna be a battle. Oh this is fun. This is fun to watch. Yes. -I think the thing that was able to calm me down the most was the walk from the 1st tee shot to the middle of the fairway. -It was a big difference going up to the approach shot versus the tee shot. -Jeanne has 135 yards to the hole, playing downwind a little left to right. She's going with an 8-iron here. -I wasn't sure if I should take my 130-club or my 140-club, 135 is like between a tweener, I called it. I grabbed my 8-iron first to just gripped down on it but I was thinking you know what? I can just hit a full 9 and let the wind take it. -Get up, get up. Up. -Good. -Thanks. -Good shot. -She got hers a little thin. It got up in the wind and the wind knocked it down so she had about a 40-footer. -At least it got on the green so I was happy about that. -Ashley here, few yards ahead. She's 129 yards to the hole. -Here comes the door open this 1st hole. Jeanne and I both competed in that challenge that was from almost like the exact same location so I knew exactly what club I wanted and I was like I'm gonna go right at it. I was taking dead aim at the flag and I was gonna drive it right in. -Right on it. -Nicely done. Wonderful set of shots. -Great shot, Ashley. -Thank you. -Okay. -I knew that there was a really high chance to shoot birdie. -Okay. This is how I wanna get started. I wanted to make a statement on the very first hole. It was kind one of those good morning, I'm ready to play. -Ashley hits her 2nd shot about 8 feet below the hole for birdie while Jeanne about 30 feet at it right below the hole. -My first putt looked like a double breaker. It started on a left to right slope but then by the hole the cup is slanted right to left. -It's sloping there. -Yes. It starts going right though. It was just a really slow uphill long putt. -You're gonna see most of it during the last part, it would be 8 feet. -Okay. -12 feet. -Okay. I didn't wanna come up short. I wanted to give it a chance. -Finish it. -Get in. Yes. -Great putt. -Thanks. -Wow. -Good putt. -Thank you. -What a way to start. -I was so pumped up not only because I made my putt. -Get in, yes. -But all the girls are screaming and so excited and that's just got me going even more. -Thank you. -Hello Jeanne is ready to play too. Nobody's gonna roll over and die on this one. -Wow. Now putting the pressure right back on Ashley. -Okay. She just set the tone. I gotta follow it. -And notice the great thing about match play, huge, huge putt and momentum swing for Jeanne right here. Ashley sitting very tight. Obviously the advantage to her in this position right now. All of a sudden the tables are turned. She's looking at birdie and possibly a 1-up lead and now she has to make this. -Things kind of changed. Things kind of flipped after I made that putt. -Nice. -Oh God. -Good shot. -Jeanne 3, Ashley 3. Match is all square, 17 holes remaining to be played. -Wow. Ashley answers back. -How about that? 2 birdies on the 1st hole. This is gonna be a match. -We got some golf. -Jeanne to come up and make that putt is showing that she's out here to play and then Ashley to back it up. I mean she had full confidence in order to make that putt because after watching the 30-foot putt go in, making that 7-footer to tie is hard. So this is gonna be a battle. Oh, this is fun. This is fun to watch, yes. -And nerves, what nerves? -I didn't see any on that 1st hole. This can be quite a match. The 2nd hole they'll face a 338-yard, par 4, dogleg right and it's tucked on the left side so an ideal angle coming into this hole location is gonna be right, right center of the fairway. -The right edge of the far bunker. -I wanted to avoid the left bunkers that are through the fairway. I took an aggressive line. I took it over the right bunkers. -2 very complete players in that final. I think you're saying it up for the last moment ago -Well, that did good. Yes. -Yes. That should-- -Thanks. -Absolutely perfect. -Beautiful. -Great tee shot. -I hit a perfect drive. That's exactly how I wanted to hit it. -I almost went a 3-wood there but then I decided to tweak the angle just a little bit. -Just pop the drive right out there because I didn't want much into that green because it's kind of a tricky thing. -Okay, that's usually-- -Wow. That was hammered. -Ashley hit almost the same line, maybe a little left than she was sitting right in the middle of the fairway as well. -125 yes. -Yes. I was thinking of taking the whole 50 cold by hitting it like that. I mean not full or just 140. It's not that we're turned up here so. -There's little bit more than you think. -I had about 130 yards to the pin but this wind was so strong that my caddy and I discussed the yardages and-- I'll take it as 154 though. -Yes. It's over that ridge there. -Oh, okay. -Anything you can carry is good. -It might be below this hole. -Blowing to the right? -Yes. -Okay. -How that one fared in? -Yes. -Okay. -Get up. -Keep it simple. -Great shot, Jeanne. -Thank you. Thanks. -Keep it simple. So here it is for you. -She's got a very makeable chance at it. If I had an 8-iron in my hands like having a club in my bag. I love my 8-iron. Just took dead aim at the pin again because I knew if I was gonna miss it I wanna miss it. Pin high right and the wind was gonna take it right if anything. So I took aim at the pin, just let the wind do its work. -Get up. -Maximum. -Okay. -Alright. -Okay. Good shot, Ashley. -Two more birdie opportunities. -Did that just go in the water? -I don't know if that skipped it. -Wait a minute. That was 2-- -I think it skimmed it. I don't know if it stayed out. -Something like small. No way. -Unfortunately for Ashley she drew kind of a bad lie here on her 2nd shot approaching this green, a little bit downhill. It was a much tougher shot for her and Jeanne hit really solid. -Yes. -Jeanne's fundamentals are just incredibly good and they're very repeatable. -The left edge of that. -Okay. -And under this kind of pressure anything you can do that's repeatable, it's a bonus so this is fun. -Okay so both players very makeable birdie putts here. -Ashley is just inside 20 feet. -Ball outside left. -I see it just outside. Big left. -I don't know. -It was all speed but you didn't wanna get too greedy with that putt because the last thing you wanna do is leave yourself like a 3- or 4-footer coming back. -The speed can be very important you know just determining her line. Right at the beginning. -This is kind of old. -It's gonna go to the left a little bit. -So battle it right and then work on down? -Maybe even right edge somewhere around there. -Okay. -Ashley is putting Jeanne just 10 feet away. -I start to hear every little movement and it was nerves because I was so nervous that day I heard even more than what I normally would hear probably in a round of golf. -Bounced a little bit in the beginning, just a little bit hard. -Okay. -She'll settle for par now. This is Jeanne Cho. She can seize that putt and this is Jeanne Cho now to start birdie birdie. -I had a left-to-right downhill putt. -When you're putting well everything is makeable. -When you're putting well the game of golf seems pretty damn easy. Jeanne has the opportunity here to take first blood. -Thanks. -I would never call anything that Jeanne does week effort, maybe nerves or a misread. -I was a little disappointed but again I wanted to forget about it and move on. -Jeanne 4, Ashley 4. Their match remains all square, 16 holes remaining to be played. -That they're just so into this match and it's gonna be so much fun to watch this whole match. I think it's gonna be a great match. -It's a chance of a lifetime for them. They're gonna take it very seriously. -Yes, definitely. -Yes. -But if you can pull off that 1 tee shot when your opponent might be a little bit down-- -Yes. -It's just-- I mean you're just stepping on them. You're just crushing them right then. -If Jeanne would've made that putt, you know, I mean it'd be a different sound I wanna see right now too, you know, so it's just all. -That's the beauty of match play. That's all momentum. -Yes. -And it's you know fun. -Another birdie opportunity for birdies here, 452-yard, par 5. Both will drive herself the tee and wins in their faces a little left to right. Pretty open tee shot here really the trouble to keep in mind is that lateral hazard on the left. -That right edge will be inside both [unk] -Yes. I think anything right at the [unk] -Okay. Great. -You're in good shape. -Alright. -We're still square going to the 3rd hole. -Matt who knows the course very well, my caddy told me to take it to the right side. -Come on, Jeanne. -Hits. -I hit a perfect drive. I was actually really confident going into this tee shot. -I had a great line. I knew exactly where I want it to go. Got to the top of my backswing. -Head on. -I heard something in the distance and then just completely just came out of it. About 5 yards just outside the water left, oops. Yes. Bad pole. -Watch out for that thing there. -She definitely has a chance then we get it on, roll it up but if not she can get it close to the green and chip on like a birdie. Though Jeanne definitely hasn't vanished because she's in the middle of the fairway but I mean they're both open green, so let's see what happens. -195 to the front slope, 200 to the pin. -I got very lucky actually. It's gonna feel like 240. -I was gonna say it's at least-- -Crank the 3-wood. -Hopefully it can hurt you. -You mean it's not gonna-- I'm not gonna fly it 200 all little pins, right? -Yes if you hit the pin a little bit but anything you're fine too so-- -I actually had a phenomenal angle at the green. I had a great distance. I had a very aggressive line. I could've taken a very aggressive line and that's the one I was gonna take. -Did that just go in the water? -I don't know if it skipped it. -Wait a minute I asked you. -I think it skimmed it. I don't know if it stayed out. -I didn't like it. -I thought I saw it fly. -No way. Didn't like it all. -I'm not sure if it was a top, a shank, a worm burner, but it was just bad and wow did I get lucky. I caught it so off the hosel and so thin that it was like a bullet into the water that just bounced out. -Skipped the water. She just pulled up off that. -It almost went in the water but it skipped on top of the water and she was safe. That was a pretty good break there. -That was like a pebble skipping off the top of the water. I do not know how it came out. -Jeanne here has 198 yards to the hole. That was a little below feet and with the wind blowing left to right she wants to take that in consideration with her lie. -The wind is so strong. I wasn't sure if I could get there but I went for it anyway. Took a 3-wood and I aimed on the left edge of the green because the bunker that is to the right of the green was protecting the flag so I was like what if I don't get there, at least I'll have an easy chip but if I do I'll be on the green, you know. So that was perfect line. Run right. Get right. Stay right baby. -Wind. -Get right. -It bounced right. It bounced right. -Good shot, Jeanne. -Thanks. -She hits a great shot. She plays to exactly where she needed to because she knew I was in the position where it would be a tougher up and down for me than it would be for her. She did exactly what I wanted to do. -So now Jeanne has a great opportunity to get up and down for birdie. Ashley has her work cut out but still birdie opportunity. -68 to the front, 73 right on it. -Oh, okay Ash. Jeanne came to play. It's time for you to get your butt in gear so you need to go ahead and step it up. -Sit. -Sit, sit. -Get down. -So Ashley a nice break for her. -Well no question about that. I mean that could've been disastrous but now she has an opportunity to set herself one for birdie. -Yes, 72 yards to the hole right now and she has a great angle coming in to this hole location. And at this point, Ashley knows she pretty much needs to get this ball up and down. -I had about 70 yards to the hole, dead into the wind. I wasn't gonna take a high wedge because I knew I would just balloon up especially since of how high it was sitting up in the rough. If I had a pitching wedge in my hand I was gonna bump it, knock it down if anything. -These are money shots right here. -Get up. -Okay. So Ashley is just off the fringe. Opportunity for Jeanne now. -The door is open. -Up and down for birdie and she's 1-up. -It would be great for the front 9. -Yes. -This is Jeanne now just off the fringe. Interesting choice of clubs here. What she's gonna have to tend with. There's a lip right in front as the green elevates that she may even to take out to play. She may wanna just carry this up and one for the green. -I usually like that kind of chip, 10-yard just try to bump it up there and stop it. -Get in there. -Great shot. -Thank you. -Great shot. -Good job, Jeanne. -Thank you. -Good job, Jeanne. -That's cool. -I hit it exactly how I envisioned it. -Concession. -I was glad to hit a good chip because I secured a birdie and that forced Ashley to make it in order to putt. -Jeanne is in the birdie. Now Ashley with lots more work to do. -Right in the right edge of it. -Yes. Alright. -Let's go. -Just get it back to her. -Yes. -How big is this putt right now. -Well this is an important putt for Ashley. I mean it's a tough putt. It's you know off the green, up the hill. Jeanne's got guaranteed birdie. I mean I'm sure she's not gonna leave it short. She's definitely gonna go for it. -Jeanne 4, Ashley 5. Jeanne is 1-up with 15 holes remaining to be played. -I wouldn't have given her that putt. Absolutely not. It wasn't just like a gimmie. For her to give her that that gives her more calm and ease and less pressure. I don't know. I wouldn't have given it to her. -I get pretty mad at myself after that hole. If you hit it little feisty. Oh. Okay, Ash. Jeanne came to play. It's time for you to get your butt in gear. So you need to go ahead and step it up. -Why I feel great, you know. It's like I'm 1-up and I'm playing solid golf. Let's just keep doing the same thing. -175-yard par 3. Wind is downwind and crossing a bit from right to left. The smart play here obviously look how much green you have to that right side. Jeanne in the situation where she's 1-up, she does not wanna toy with that lateral hazard to the left at all. -No. That's a tough hole location today. -It's what they call sucker pins. -It's a sucker pin placement. It was really on the left side of the green. It's a dangerous hole because the wind is right to left and all the trouble is on the left. -Oh sit. Come on. Got, got. Shocked. She put a bad swing out and knocked it in the water so she opened the door for me. -As soon as I saw it up in the air I knew it was gonna be in the water. Come on, sit. I was hoping it would least get to the green and then go in the water or something so I get a chance to chip it. My plan was to aim for the middle of the green and that's what I did. I aimed for the middle of the green. -So Ashley looks up. No mistake on her previous holes from now. She can get it all back here. -Good shot, Ash. -Get down. -Sit down. -Sit. -Hang on. Hang on. -Get down. -Oh it's up. It's up. We can see it but I'm very surprised as to why-- I guarantee she was be trying to play safe with that but this wind just took it. -Yanked it. I pulled it probably about 5 to 10 yards left and wow did I flirt with that hazard. I got lucky again. -If you're obviously going 2nd here, your opponent just dunked in the water. You got the pin on the left. Obviously everything is telling you go right. You do whatever you can to stay right. Where she hit it regardless of whether she safe or not, it's the last place you wanna be. -Yes. -A door opened and then you just shut it right back in your face there. -Balls in play. -Thank you. -Nothing is over yet. I mean she doesn't have an easy chip ahead of her. I like my distances and I like my chances because I can make up and down from here and make a bogey. -It's gonna kick left. -Okay. -So right up here. -Left end of the bunker, maybe. -Yes. -Then go right. -Probably half the distance you can slide in the bunker. -Okay. -So go round in there. -Okay. -On purpose drops it around 98 yards because 90 yards is a good yardage for me with my gap wedge. -I'll take one. -Sit right there. -Sit. -Right there. -Sit. -Look at this. -Hang on. -Alright. -They'll throw at it. -Yes. I hit a really good shot but again the wind took it and the fact that I hit out of the rough also took a lot of spin out of the ball. It kind of released more than I wanted it to. -She has a look at bogey but Ashley has an opportunity to get up and down here for par. -It was a tough stance. It was very uneven. The ball was kind of half down, half up but little funky, little bit of a weird lie. Definitely one of those that you don't wanna get cute with but yes you don't wanna jack it by. -So Ashley is just inside the hazard here. She won't be able to round a club. -Ashley had a chance to make up and down for sure secure a win on the hole. It was a tough shot. -Get up. -Good shot, Ash. -I'm getting pretty mad. Flubbed it, barely got it on the green. Did exactly what you don't wanna do. -A little deceleration there, little too cute. So Jeanne with an opportunity for bogey here and certainly not a gimmie putt for Ashley. -Ashley, Jeanne doesn't make mistakes. You need to capitalize on this. -The ball outside that too. -Which side? -Left. -Left side? -I had a good 25 footer for bogey. I knew I needed to make it so I had a little pressure there. -Uphill into the wind too so-- -Alright. -Like almost go more at it. Just be a little bit more aggressive. -Okay. -2nd hard game. -Alright. -That's good. -Thanks. -That's good. -Okay. So Jeanne definitely bogey for her on this par 3. So Ashley now with an opportunity for 2 putts and this match is all square again. -Okay. Time for you to putt. Put a good stroke on it and knock it in. -Putt. It's good that she was being-- -It's good, Mark. -Concession. -Lovely Mark. 30 yard-- -Ashley 4, Jeanne 5, match is all square, 14 holes remaining to be played. -Got lucky. Got real lucky. -Ashley wanted me to putt that out because under pressure it wasn't-- I mean a good 3-footer, people miss 3 footers I guess. -It's number 5, 381 yard par 4. Both of these players I assume will cut the corner and really take some yards off this hole. -Ash, get your butt in gear. Start playing some golf. Number 1, you don't wanna make a fool of yourself out there. Number 2, you wanna be the best you can be that day and compete as strong and as solid as you can and that's not what I did on the 1st 4 holes. Just fired myself up and said okay. Come on. Let's go. -Okay. Come on Ashley. -Good ball, Ash. -I hit a decent drive, caught a little high on the clubface so the wind took it up a little bit on me. It was in the middle of the fairway. It was safe and I did what I wanted it to do. -I wanted to cut the corner, go over the bunkers and I had already played the hole before against Ashley actually a few days ago. -Perfect. -Thank you. -Okay. Another solid drive by Jeanne right in the middle. -Good job. -Thank you. I hit a beautiful tee shot. Ashley hit a very good drive too but more to the right side so she had it one to the green. -You think play the same solid 200 not gonna hurt me? -I don't think it'll hurt you. I don't think you need to kill it there, a nice good swing. -Okay. -I left myself at a very tough shot especially where the pin was back right. I couldn't like feed it up there. It's all carried but then you didn't wanna go over because of the bunkers over the green. Not exactly the best yardage to have going into this green. I knew I put a good swing out and thrust it and I took dead aim at the flag. -Ball shot in here. -Be good. Be good. -Sit right there. -Good shot. -Birdie. -Great shot, Ashley. -What a great 2nd shot. -Great shot, Ashley. -Shot it but stayed on there. Good one. -Thanks. -Perfect. -I hit a very good shot off the lie and what the situations were playing. -Jeanne 152 yards to the hole. -Yes. Took a 6-iron because the wind was kind of strong and the pin was topped way back. -Trust it. -Alright. -She's got a 6-iron in her hands, elevated green here. Cross wind right to left. This hole location is only 8 paces from the right. So really stick it close to the hole well you're gonna have to start it almost at the right edge of this green. -Sit. -She's taken it right at the pin. That wind is gonna take it right to the left. -Okay. They're both safe round. -Both on. -Just one of the few pull she had throughout the day, left herself at a very long putt. -I was on the green but Ashley had stuck it pretty close so I knew I needed to give it that putt a chance. -It's Jeanne about 35 feet away, swiftly uphill putt is gonna break from left to right. -Right and use it so it's left to right. -Yes. It's gonna move right here. -How much is it? -She's gone a little farther than she was in that first hole. -Piece of dead grass up here. -Yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes. -That's it. -She suddenly got that confidence in that putt. -It'd be good uphill. -Alright. -I knew I had trouble reading the putts just a little bit, kind of relied on Matt's read. -Good stroke there. -Oh. -Good putt. -Good job, Jeanne. -She is really rolling ball well. -I had a little bit of a right-to-left putt. It was all speed. Chris and I talked about it. Like you know you really got to feel this one out and I agreed with him. -Yes, so I didn't back there like where. -Yes. How's into that edge. -Yes. -Perfect. -I was gonna play it just on the right edge and let it just kind of work out on itself. -This one's a lot of pace here. Good pace right there. -Yes. -I was actually felt pretty good over the putt. -So Ashley now with an opportunity to take a lead for the 1st time on this match. -Good going. -Oh my God. -That's good there. -Get after it. -Great move. -Thanks. -I thought it was in. I did caught the bottom edge of the lip and banked out. -Almost the complete horseshoe out. -Thought that was in. Great effort by Ashley. Jeanne hard to keep the match all square. -Ashley wanted me to putt that out because under pressure it wasn't there. I mean it's a 3-footer. People miss 3 footer I guess. I tried to focus hard on that last putt because I didn't want to get away from me. -Good job. -Hole 5, Ashley 4, Jeanne 4, Match remains all square with 13 holes remaining to be played. -The 370-yard par 4 here dogleg right tee shot is very curious here. A lot of hazard running down the right side, downwind definitely wanna drive it through this fairway. -And here I can almost taking at that house wind does not-- -Yes, not the point where yes-- -Not the point-- -The one you just take it right there, you'll be fine. Alright. Take it away. If you got 3, make friends with the rough-- -Okay. -The biggest thing is you wanna be able to have a full shot because this green is very firm. -I'll finish. -Yes. And if it's back a little bit and maybe you can-- -I almost hit 3-wood and then I decided you know what? I'm gonna take an aggressive line. I don't want much into this green. I'm like go ahead and pull out driver. -Good shot. -Okay. She should be on the first cut of rough I believe there. She will have a nice angle to this hole location. Jeanne opting with a fairway wood here versus Ashley's driver. -Today I decide to hit a 3-wood because when I hit a driver the other day I almost went through the fairway so I thought I played more conservatively. -Run. I plan on drawing it and it kind of faded on me so I missed the fairway by just a little bit but I was sitting on a nice rough and an open shot to the pin. -Oh God. -Nice shot. -That's a great shot. -That's knowing your distances with your wedges on that. -Sensational. -Great shot. -More photos and exclusive video of the Big Break contestants and lots of Big Break goodies available online at the GolfChannel.com. -These are both gonna be tough shots out of the rough with the wind behind you. It's down grain. They're gonna be tough to hold it. -I've got about 100 yards, not even-- -The front yardages here. -This is where I wanna land it? -Yes. -Okay. 88. -You're looking about 85 yards. -85 yards. Good. -She got 71. That's-- -To the pin? -Yes. Send in to the front. -To the front? -Yes. And then to the pin is 15. -86 to the pin. -You're definitely gonna lead her. Not a little short too. -Yes and putt 70, 75. -Yes. -I thought the wind and the firmness of the green would let the ball release to the hole so I played my 90-yard shot like a full gap wedge. -Nice. -Okay, Jeanne. -Thank you. -Good shot. -Nice shot. -Thanks. -Good shot, Jeanne. -It didn't release as much as I expected. I guess I put more spin on it than I planned it. It was a pretty good shot, I mean considering the position I was in. -As soon as hers landed on the green it stopped right down. It didn't release much at all so took that into consideration. About 70 yards to the front about 85 to the pin I was looking to play about 75 yards. Get up. -Short yes. She didn't quite get it there. -It looked a lot shorter than what I thought and I was thinking I could feel on the shot. Completely ballooned it. I just thought it didn't hit hard enough. -That looked pretty good, didn't it? -Yes. -Obviously maybe, problem was for herself and dying at the end. What's on your left? -I've never seen this man on hers. -Yes. -Left myself with a pretty tough putt. It was a little bit of a double breaker but mostly left to right over a mound. Not a very easy 2 putt and I just ask myself to trust the line. -Oh. -Get in. -Oh. -Nice roll there. -Great effort. -Thanks. For a while there, it looked good and it just really died that last 2 feet, it really died off. -She rolled that beautifully and I actually learned a little bit from her putt. -Jeanne played this hole really smart so far. -Ashley was first off the tee. Jeanne back now for the fairway wood and hit that off the tee so she could be the first to approach the green. So far it's worked really well for her so we'll see how the girls finish up putting. -We'll see about 2 clicks. -And see about a front. -Hopefully yes I need to be front it will break more because it's fast down the hang. -Yes, that's good. Thanks. -Jeanne not on the exact line but Ashley was where she should. People do learn a bit from Ashley's putt and how much it breaks around the hole. -I saw her ball break quite a bit so we try to take as much break as I could. -An opportunity here for Jeanne with 1-up in her match. -It ended up going on a low side and it kind of started escaping like maybe 3 or 4 feet. -She didn't give me mine and then she knocked it outside of mine, so I wasn't gonna give her hers. The ball is in her court with that one. -It's conceded. -Okay. Concession. -Thanks, Jeanne. -Okay. -Hole 6, Ashley 4, Jeanne 4, their match remains all square, 12 holes remaining to be played. -There's 2 kind of schools of thought. You know do you make them putt it earlier or do you pick it up for them early so later on down the match when it really matters if they've never putted their short putt early, you know that's really knee knocking, so I'm a little surprised that Ashley would give it to her on hole number 3 and then make her putt it this quick in the match. If I was gonna give 1 on 3, I probably would've waited on other-- -Couple of holes, yes. -Couple of holes before I would have him putt that short putt. -I'm with you there. -Very short par 4 here, 337 yards playing downwind, definitely not a driver hole. -I didn't-- you see that dead branch, almost dead branch? -Yes, yes, yes, yes. That's a good target. -That's a good one right there. -That's behind the greenest tree, right? -Yes. -Keep it down the right center? -Yes, yes. Right center and you probably don't need to hit it anymore than-- -170? -170, yes. Perfect. -With the yardage I had 195 yards to play with. There is no way I wasn't gonna get there with a 4-iron. -Get up. Go. -I hit it exactly where I want it to. I had like 85 yards to the pin. It's a tricky hole because you're left to lay up short of the water, yet you don't wanna be too far from it because the green is very tiny. -They may have to contend with here off the tee but you can't necessarily see if there's water hazard not only to the left but through the fairway. -Nice. -Thank you. -I ended up in perfect position. -Goes safely in play. -Perfect. -And the winds definitely helping yes, so-- -So a really good gap wedge. I had about 103 yards to the pin and 90 yards to the front of the green and I only fly like average of 90 yards, so it was a dangerous scenario. I was like well I wanna go for that pin but if I don't hit it very well, it might end up in the hazard. This wind is pretty strong up there it's gonna help the ball and the green is a little bit downhill as well so what I did is I was gonna hit a really good gap wedge and what will happen happens. -Go, go, go, go, go. Sit. -Sit. -Sit, sit down. -Come back. -That'll be okay. -Alright. That's good. -Thanks. -I hit it perfect and I hit it almost too well because it went much further than I expected. -I thought that that was gonna be inside 10 feet. -Smart player. You really don't wanna toy with that water hazard in the front. Ashley 95 yards to the hole, again downwind. It's gonna be tough to hold. -I debated on club selection there because I mean I don't usually try to overpower my wedges plus you wanna do with the hole like that with water all around it. They were short outside yourself but I decided to trust my wedge, put out my 54, because I had to trust it. -Look at this. -Good, Ashley. -Oh. -Nice shot. -Big shot. -Great shot. -Good shot, Ashley. -Alright. Thanks. -Come here. -It actually bounced on the left side of the pin, hit on the left side of the pin and bounced over the hole to the right side so almost looks like it could've been like oh, it was almost good. -That's knowing your distance with your wedges on that. -Sensational. -Great shot. -It was a very good position for birdie. She was very close. Totally gave me a break. I'm sure she was pretty mad about it. -I was really mad at myself after that. Yes. I got pretty fired up. -Looks like you're gonna break so much on there but-- -This brown mark. -Okay. -You know roll right above it. -Yes, just above that. -Yes. -Jeanne now about a 35-footer here. This is gonna swing for her right to left. We'll see how that mound to the right if that's gonna affect that putt. -Uphill, the first guy. -Yes. -Not a very difficult putt. It was a speed putt. I had to lag it because it was slow, very severely right to left then there was a downhill so it took a long time to read the putt. My caddy and I have picked a good spot. It was very hard to try to make it just because of the nature of the putt. -Pretty aggressive stroke on that. -Break, break, break. -Great. -What she's doing there, she basked of the way. She was a little worried but it all ended up okay. And Ashley conceded that putt for par. Now Ashley about 7 feet away with her birdie. -Want me to send like that with some speed. -Yes. I can say firm. -Yes. -Firm right side. Inside the cup though. -Yes. -I will give it off. -Yes. Nope, not at all. -She has that opportunity here to pull ahead for the first time in the match. Oh wow. -My goodness. Another birdie miss for Ashley. -I hit just absolutely poor stroke. It just died. Opportunity missed. -Totally gave me a break. She was so close to the hole. I'm sure she was pretty mad about it. -I was really mad at myself after that, yes. I got pretty fired up. -Hole 7, Ashley 4, Jeanne 4. Match is all square, 11 holes remaining to be played. -167 yard par 3 here playing downwind. -Got my yardage back down a little bit because it was downwind. -65 to the pin, someone can play nearly or near that. -No, it's downwind, the club. -55. -155, yes. -Yes. -I aimed right at the flag. -Good shot. -Shot. -Great shot. -I hit a good shot. Pulled it a couple of feet but the wind took it more than anything. I didn't hit it that bad. -I had about 165 yard to the pin but the wind was helping so much that I took my 150 club. -It's around. -That's alright. -Okay. -She saw a chance then. -Let's go. -2 birdie opportunities. -Looks like uphill all the way, yes. -Yes. -Into the last couple of feet. -My caddy reminded me it was gonna be a pretty slow putt and on a slow putt like that and left to right I need to hit it pretty hard. -So again Ashley is inside so she'll have an opportunity for a sure birdie attempt. -That lengthy putt here, this is gonna swing and give it from her left to right. -Oh Jeanne, she's been known to drop these. -Oh go. I didn't hit it hard enough so it just totally took the break in the middle of the putt. -That gave me some fuel to really knock this putt in. -So Ashley last couple of holes really putting herself in a position to take her first blood in this match. -Oh. -Yes. -Thinking Ashley had that one. -I did too. -I hit a great putt. I thought it was in. I think I almost early walked it, really called it in. Stay patient, stay calm, lots of golf left. -I was kind of relieved because I mean I had a chance to tie her and it was a lengthy putt but it was definitely easily makeable. -What's Jeanne got here. This is no gimmie putt. -These are the putts she tried to obviously avoid leaving herself in the match play situations. A must-make. -I don't know if I pulled it but I missed it left. I missed it on the left edge and-- -I was kind of take by then because I just gave her a hole par 3 putting. -Hole 8, Ashley 3, Jeanne 4, Ashley is 1-up with 10 holes remaining to be played. -Door open, take it. -It was heading towards the hazard. -Sit. -Sit, sit, sit. -511-yard par 5 here, dogleg right. -I think 9 was where the nerves came because we each had lost the hole at that point. -With the way the wind is blowing, the margin for error right there is not much. -Perfect. Perfect. -Good, Jeanne. -I aimed right center of the fairway and just kind of missed a little right but it was actually a perfect position for my 2nd shot. -Gonna take it par with the left side of the green. -What's that? -That saying I will connect. -Yes, yes. Let's take. -I had just a good solid stop and we're done then, don't you think? -Yes, that looks good. -You see the water hazard on the right but you see the fairway bunker is up on the left. -She left that out to the right. -It was heading towards the hazard. -Sit. -Sit, sit, sit. -Oh. -That could be trouble. -Boy, that is just flirting with problems. -This kind of started rolling into the hazard. -It's either really close to the hazard or it's like it's dry. -It's safe. -I don't know how that ball did not go in the water. -Jeanne 241 yards to the hole. She's first got a rough but she's got a very good lie here. -I'll just take the 3-wood, take it. -Let's see if I had the flag. -Okay. -Get left. -I hit my 2nd shot perfect. -Good shot, Jeanne. -Thanks. -Thank you. -And it's Jeanne Cho. -Perfect. I thought she was almost gonna get there. Fantastic break but the door is open for Jeanne. I got nervous. I'm looking at this going I'm just gonna get it out. I hope I can get it close to try to get up and down and make par and hope that she doesn't because she's not gonna make anything worse than par. -Ashley I don't think had too many options. She just have to punch out, get back in play. -I got the club. I hope it's gonna-- and it's almost like if it was in a divot. -Make par, see if I can keep it. All tied if not, fine we'll go into the back all square. -Only that depression saved it from going into the water and you could see the difficult stance she has now and-- -Also below her feet. -She's just hoping for the best. -I had no idea how this ball is gonna react to out here. -That's just-- -Well. -A tough lie. -Hold on. -She had another shot from the rough for the pin when I'm already by the green in 2. -I was out and looking at a pretty tough up and down. -Look at that. -Get in. -Oh. What a shot. -She had another shot from the rough for the pin when I'm already by the green in 2. -This would be a world-class up and down for Ashley Prange. -I was sitting there going well I probably lost this hole already. I might as well trust your wedge shot. -Look at that shot. -Get in. -Oh. What a shot. -Great shot, Ashley. Very nice. -Thanks. -Good shot, Ash. -I hit a great wedge. -It was a great save from where she was. -That's good. Concede. -So Jeanne with an opportunity to bring this match back to all square. -I just put it more on back in my stance and try to roll it once it lands. -Jeanne has to get up and down to win this hole. -Oh. -Oh no. -Wow. -Oh no. That is unfortunate. -I was so mad at that point. -Very, very shocked because I left the door open for Jeanne there. -Well now she has to get up and down to have this hole. -She has been so brilliant at her play around the greens and giving her self a chance to score, a chance to get up and down. That's just unfortunate. -I can still make up and down from there. It's not a very difficult chip. -Well, the pressure just a moment ago was to get up and down and win the hole, but now it's to get up and down to have one. It's just to stay alive. -Sit down. -Check up. -Wow. -Well, what had so much promise just a moment ago has now turned into a difficult task just for par. -I flew that chip just a little further than I thought. It started rolling forever and I had a pretty lengthy putt for par. -And that's one [unk] match play in situations that you are never eligible. -And Jeanne Chow now, she's trying to abort that bogeys. -I had to save for par in order to even tie the hole. -If she misses this, I'm going 2-up. -Now, how-- my goodness. -Pulls it. -What a swing on this 9th hole. -Hole 9, Ashley 5, Jeanne 6. -It was very frustrating then. -Opportunity missed. -It was a very big mistake on my part but I told my caddy it was like hey you know let's come back with a good back 9 and I was pumped for it. -Hole 9, Ashley 5, Jeanne 6, Ashley is 2-up with 9 holes remaining to be played. -I'm playing with no fear but I'm also playing very tactical because obviously now I'm going to watch what she does because I have a nice little cushion that I'm gonna keep no matter what. -Ashley is all about momentum and getting the motivation and she's played 2 really good holes in a row. Jeanne needs to stay focused on our game to keep on going with it. -So Jeanne with 2 bogeys in a row. Ashley is now 2-up in the match. -I was feeling pretty aggressive and really good. -Hit that right over the trees to the right, a little draw back in the middle of the fairway. Perfect play, very gutsy play. -I got that right. -I got ammunition. I got some power behind me and I've got some aggression. -The wind was blowing from right to left and the bunkers kind of in play on the left side so I kind of aimed a little bit on the right side of the fairway and drew it. -Sit. -I felt maybe my ball would go in the little bunkers but I didn't hit it that long, but I was very happy with the way I hit my driver. -Sit. Go. Go. Go. -Not happy. -I had about 122 yards to the pin and the wind was pretty strong and I thought I needed to add quite a lot of clubs so I took my 8-iron. I lined it up and I felt great over the ball. I just kind of pushed it too much. What am I doing? I short-sided myself with the bunker on the right and with that kind of wind you know the ball just plugged in the bunker. Chris told me I get it pin high, it'll be a decent putt down at it. -The wind kept it one, the one usually in this hole. -Yes. -Wind caught it a little bit and knocked it down, took it a little bit further left than I wanted but that's all I wanted to do is hit in the middle of the green because I wasn't about to flirt with that pin. -A good pace here too. -Yes. -Green and the prize out and dry a little. You got it? Good stroke. -Got it. -Right now Ashley has a 2-up lead, expects a little cushion to play with. She doesn't wanna make a mistake. That's gonna let Jeanne get right back in this match without making birdies. She's gonna put the pressure back on Jeanne to have to get up and down from this bunker. -I wanted to take it left edge and then let it just feed on down. It just stayed out left on me the entire way and rolled about 3 feet, 3-1/2 feet by. -Stayed out. -Ash, an opportunity here to go 3-up right away with a conceded one. Why did you get so aggressive with it? -My ball was really in a bad lie and I just try to open my clubface and just kind of dig and let the ball come out. -Surprisingly it didn't roll that much so I let myself a pretty good 12 footer at the par. -Those are such tough bunker shots to hit. -Yes right now she's kicking herself. You can see it. She's getting mad at herself definitely. -Jeanne Cho hoping to avoid a 3rd consecutive bogey. -She definitely does not wanna fall 3-down in this match especially against a player like Ashley. -My job was just to make the putt but that was so important for me. -Oh my gosh. That is a 3rd straight bogey. -I had a really good read on it and decided to really put a good stroke on it and I did and I hit the left edge. It just came out. I couldn't believe it came out. -We talked about how easy it seems when we're putting but boy is it difficult and that putter and the confidence have gone. -I wasn't gonna mess with the break, no grain, no wind, nothing. Good solid stroke straight back at the cup. I rammed it in. -Hole 10, Ashley 4, Jeanne 5. Ashley is 3-up with 8 holes remaining to be played. -That just upset me to lose a hole, bogeying holes. That's really what I hate to do. -This is where I started thinking to myself oh this is what I'm playing for. Oh and I started getting nervous and I had to really say Ashley one shot at a time. Don't get ahead of yourself. Stay in the present. -I don't think Jeanne is lacking confidence. I think she's just trying a little too hard. I think she needs to you know get something to kind of stop the bleeding at this point, you know get a birdie or just have a hole at Ashley the kind that get her confidence back a little bit. -3-wood out there put you 160. -A 150, 160. -Yes, somewhere in that area. -Okay. -I'm sitting there going I'm 3-up hit 3-wood and then the wind really start picking up there. -With the wind knocking down. -I don't think I'm fine with that. -Yes. That's cool. Yes. Stay out of it. -And I was like you know the last thing I wanna do is hit a 3-wood and balloon it up with the wind so I'm going to go ahead and just trust my driver. Sit, go. Go, go. -Not happy. -No. -Ashley is a very fast player. She walks fast. She plays fast. Everything is fast and I think that when she goes ahead just by watching Jeanne you can tell that she's just trying to keep up, keep up. -Ashley missed it completely right. It was heading towards the hazard. -Sit. Go. Go, go. -She's not happy. -No. -Ashley didn't know that the hazard was not in play. -Safe? I don't know if it was a break or if it was just a good club selection with the way the hole was playing. I guess from the way I thought I was playing the hole it was a break. -I took a more conservative approach. I went more left so that I have a good angle to the green and I knew it was a pretty lengthy hole so I didn't wanna go too far left but I wanted to make sure I was on the fairway. -Budging. -This match is by no means over yet because even 1 good hole Jeanne gets on a roll, that's all it's gonna take. -3 down and only 8 holes to go. It's very tough to come back from but you never know. I might do birdies. You could easily make 3 birdies in 8 holes. -Jeanne has 181 yards to the hole with cross wind from left to right. She's a 4-iron in her hands so she played this left of the pin and let that wind bring it back. -Perfect lie and just a wide open being really. -Well short of the green. -She definitely did not hit it well, very unlike Jeanne, so she gave me another door open there. -So Ashley took a considerable distance off this hole by cutting the corners. Little risk here line but she's 154 now to the hole. -She's very calm sitting in the fairway but a strong left-to-right wind. -One of the things I really like about Ashley shots today, look at that trajectory. She's really controlling the flight of her ball and that's gonna allow her to maneuver it throughout these straight ones. -She's in position to win this hole and go 4-up. Let's take a look. -Ashley hit a really good 2nd shot. She had a chance for birdie. -I'm going okay she can get it up and down and tie me. I just want to get on the green 2-putt. -I was still feeling rushed almost as if I was running out of holes. I was running out of time and I felt like an urgency of having to do something, you know, to do something differently instead of just sticking to my plan. -So Jeanne in a position now. She's lost the last 3 holes. Now she has to get up and down here for par. Ashley an opportunity for birdie. -Gotta go. -Go. -Gotta go. Great touch. -Keep going -Nicely done. -Very nice shot. -Okay. -I hit it little bit chunky but it ended up okay. I had a 4-footer for par. -And this looks like it's gonna break right. -Oh a little bit. I don't think it's just gonna go fat. You'll love the speed on this one. -Ashley has a 12-foot birdie and to win this hole. -For 4-up in the match. -Yes, I did it. I really wanted to make that putt. I just did not hit it. I really didn't. I just did not hit it. I hit it solid. I just didn't hit it hard enough. -Jeanne will concede that par. -The wind going that way too. -Yes. -Very big putt for Jeanne here and they can make many ways knowing in terms of score but getting her mindset back, gonna fight back in this match. -I had a chance to tie her. I had a-- but decent putting wasn't very difficult. It was left to right. -Hole 11, Ashley 4, Jeanne 5. Ashley is 4-up with 7 holes remaining to be played. -Well that putter let her down once again. She's now 4-down in this match and 7 holes to play. -That is a pivotal hole. That is one that will haunt her. -She has some work to do. -Ashley is a very fast player. She walks fast, she plays fast. Everything is fast and I think that when she gets ahead just by watching Jeanne, you can tell that she's just trying to keep up, keep up. -Slow everything down, just relax. Take some deep breaths before you saw it. -Okay. -You're doing well on the challenges. You didn't hit the shot until you're ready and you did it on your speed. -Thanks. I was definitely losing my personal rhythm, you know, play rhythm. I was rushing. My caddy kept saying I was walking so fast so he told me to slow down but I didn't even know I was doing it. -Okay. I'm 4-up. I have 7 holes to play. I don't want this match to go to 16, 17, and 18 because I've already watched, but anything can happen on those last 3 holes. Okay, let's go ahead and keep going. Let's keep driving it in there. -I found my line and I hit a great drive. 7 holes left, 4-up for Ashley, anything can happen you know. I'm just gonna have to make something happen. I'll just have to make birdies. -Okay. -They don't bring it. -Yes. -Slow everything down. -Okay. -I'm 6 inches taller than you. I can't even keep up with your walking. -That was a very good thing. I could make a turnaround at that point. -Wake up Ashley. This isn't happening. Oh, this is happening. -He told me to slow down. I thought that was a great advice but I was still feeling rushed. -Just focus on this one and make a good number here and-- -Yes. -I mean I think Jeanne's chances of coming back are very possible. I mean it's match play. Anything can happen, you know. You just gotta start getting at it right now. I mean she's gotta get one back here. Definitely this is a huge hole for her. -And got what, 218 to the flag? -Yes. -My heart said take your 3-wood, go for the green, but then my caddy was like think about what kind of shot you want on your 3rd shot. I laid up with a 4-iron. -I can't see. -It has to be in the fairway. -Okay. -Good shot. -Thanks. -Good swing. -Thank you. -Smart play by Jeanne. She's in the rough there, obviously a lot of wind. She took it up left side and that's a very smart angle be coming in to this hole location. -I've 195 to the pin. Jeanne's laying up. I could just take wedge down there and go ahead and just get on and play it very safe. No. Ashley any other tournament you would go for it. Don't deviate from your plans. Trust your swing and go for it. -Good shot. -Yes. -How about that? -Great shot. -Pressure once again back on Jeanne now and Ashley is continuing to play very confident golf. -The fact that Ashley went after me was a disadvantage. If I had known she was gonna go for the green I would've gone for the green too because she's gonna give herself a chance for birdie if anything eagle and I'm here laying up. It was just not the right strategy. I had 50 yards to the pin. It's a difficult pin placement because it was protected by a huge mound. I mean if you land anywhere between that mound and the hole, it's just gonna take off but I was pretty confident I could stop it there because 50-yard shots are like my strength. -Left. -Oh no. And it just continues. -Let me tell you. That's a shot she needed to put the pressure on Ashley. -I'm like so-- I made so many stupid mistakes. I made that mistake of hitting into the bunker so that just takes so much pressure off of Ashley. -So Ashley with an eagle opportunity. She can 2-putt to ensure birdie. -I got so nervous over that putt because I knew I had 2 putts pretty much to take the hole and that was the worst thing I could've thought about. -Didn't get it there. Didn't trust the speed. That's when my nerves kicked back in right away. -Ashley hit her eagle putt way short of the hole so again she was not close to birdying yet. If anything she had a lot of work to do so I told myself well I can give myself a chance to at least tie the hole and make up and down. -Brilliant shot. -Go, go, go, go, go. -Run out. -Thank you. -Great shot, Jeanne. -Thank you. -That's good. -Thanks. -That was outstanding. -Well done, Jeanne. -Thanks, Ash. -I was pleased to have made par but then I needed to watch Ashley's because she had a real good chance for birdie. -Alright. A good aggressive sign there. -Well if I win this hole then I'm 5-up, 6-- Oh. Yes. So that's when I really had that, Ashley, 1 shot at a time. -Oh. -I lipped it out again. Oops. Another missed opportunity, another putt missed. -That's good, Ash. -Hole 12, Ashley 5, Jeanne 5. Ashley is 4-up with 6 holes remaining to be played. -Thank goodness I finally tied a hole. You know I'm gonna stop this train of bogeying and losing in the hole so I thought that was a very good thing. I could make a turnaround at that point. -I'm thinking, okay. Ash, 1 shot at a time. Stay cool, calm, collected. Jeanne's probably gonna bounce back after this one. You need to hit a good shot. With the way this par 3 was setting up with the pin left and the wind going right to left, I wasn't gonna flirt too much with this pin. -The center of the green forcing Jeanne to hit the shot. -Safely on. -At this point she's gotta start doing something so I can play safe. -Ashley's shot was very smart. She went for the fat part of the green and she played it safe. I tried to take the same line. -Oh my God. -Hang on. -Sit. -I ended up in the bunker which is fine because again I really like bunker shots. -She has some work left for par. -That's gonna be a difficult 2nd shot. -Jeanne usually tends to play a cut and she'd been pulling the ball all day which tells me she didn't trust her swing. -Big advantage for Ashley right here. Not only is she putting but she gets to go first so she's really gonna put the pressure back on Jeanne. -You don't even begin to conceive how nervous you really get until you are in that situation. -A little meat left. -At this point I'm thinking to myself, Ashley you're a chicken--. Get the ball to the hole. I left myself a very testy 3 footer. -At that point I was just a little frustrated not hitting green but I was thinking you know I just came out of a hole where I made an awesome bunker shot. I'm gonna do the same. I'm gonna try to make it again. -But when it comes to bunker shots, this is definitely one of those very makeable ones. She's a lot of green to work with to release it down into the hole. -Did it. -Fly it-- -Oh she almost flew it in. -Thanks. -Okay. -Thank you. -Barely missed the hole. I probably flew it you know maybe 2 inches past the hole. I just kind of released so I still have a lot of work to do for par. -Just outside the right edge? -Yes. And half ball. -Okay. Half a ball is good. -It depends on your speed. -Alright. -He gave me a line and I thought that was a good lie but when I was through over the ball, it just looked like I was gonna break a lot more so I backed off and I took a little bit more break. -I don't know why because I'm-- -I knew she was very questionable on the rate because she pulled Matt her caddy back over to take another look at it after she was over it, backed off and have him re-look at it. -That's good. -The wheels are off, they are off. -Just making sure. -I took more break and I hit it firm so it went right through the break, so I was kind of mad. -Just 1 throughout. -Yes, I guess. Don't even know what I'm doing. -Oh boy. I have a chance to go put a dormie. Wow. I'm really thinking to myself oh. 5-up, 5 to go if I make this putt. Why that 3 footers became like 6 feet. Oh man was I shaking over that putt. I'm simply going Ashley just back at the cup, back at the cup. -She's-- -Ashley with the par. She's now 5-up. This match is dormie. -Ashley 3, Jeanne 4. Ashley is dormie 5. -5-up, 5 to play. Wake up Ashley. This isn't happening. Oh, this is happening. -Do you have any idea how long a putt goes from like this to like this in like 2 seconds? -Coming this fall on an all-new season of the Big Break, 8 men, 8 women, Champions Tour exemptions, LPGA Tour exemptions and the Donald. -I'm dreaming about it. I just hope I can get there, have some fun. -I wanna play and it would mean the world to me because it will give me an opportunity to play on the LPGA if I win. -I'm that guy. I have the talent to win a Champions Tour event and easily win you know on the Big Break. -Yes, I need a Big Break. It would mean the world to me to just have that chance. -It's a great honor to have you at Trump National. -Whatever happens I'll be happy. I just wanna get a 1 shot. -I think that we can beat them and I bet we can play them. I think that we can get to them mentally too. -Don't miss our biggest season yet, the Big Break VI Trump National coming this fall. -The only thing I can do is force a playoff so win every single hole that's coming up so at that point I was like well you know I was aware of that. I'm just gonna make something happen because what have I got to lose. Nothing really. -You have no idea how much your nerves are just driving and your heart is like right here pounding in your throat. It just-- you can't fathom it until you experienced it. -Good shot. -Good shot. -Perfect play right down the right center. -Solid. -Perfect. -That was just nervous aggression. That will put that 3-wood. I absolutely belted it. I think I knocked that 3-wood like 240. -Okay, so Jeanne now in a situation where this is it. This is her last opportunity. She has to win this hole. This match is over. -My caddy and I were you know we talked about it and he was like hey don't give up and you can do it. -She needed that. Very good hit as well. -Good, Jeanne. -Yes. -That's gonna be good. -I also took it over to the right of the fairway and bombed it. I hit it really, really well. -So Ashley with a big opportunity here. She has 145 yards to the hole playing downwind and downhill. -I have an 8-iron in my hands. It's the most confident club I have in my bag that I've truly enjoy hitting. I took dead aim at the flag. -Get down. -Big round but she needed to do that. -Yes. -Too bad. -But then putting pressure back on Jeanne and making her produce the shot. -Ashley hit 1st. She's secure on the green. I figured you know I need to birdie this hole. -That's to the left of the hole. -That's good, Jeanne. -It's good. -Okay. -Okay. -Well, she did what she needed to do. -I just decided to take my pitching wedge and be aggressive with it but of course I hit that so crisp the ball just stops right away when it lands. -She's gotta make birdie to beat me now. She at that point dormie you know. You go balls to the wall. -Gotta go for this one. -Yes. -To the right. -Yes. That's 10 feet you know. -It was a very long left to right putt and just everything was based on speed. -Jeanne must run this hole to stay alive. -One her I just pretty much a must make par. -She had about 2-1/2 to 3 feet left so I made her mark it just because there's still definitely some meat on that bone especially with the amount of nerves that were going between the two of us. -It's a little frustrating but you know I was like you know I could still make par. Who knows what Ashley is gonna do. -2 putts, 2 putts, 2 putts. Stay cool, Ash. Stay calm. Oh my God, I could win. Ashley, stay calm. I mean I was just so like this on that putting green. I mean I don't know how many deep breaths I took. I wa
