-Tiger, how would you assess the way you played today? -I hit the ball well all that day. It was a good ball strike year round. I had a hard time [unk] the greens out there. The greens are pretty grainy and I just had a hard time getting the feel for it. Towards the end, I hit some really good putts, but overall, I got [unk] a lot of my [unk]. -You told us on Tuesday before you played that practice round with nine holes with Rory McIlroy that you were gonna go out there and try to learn- -Uh-huh. -How these greens worked. How hard is it to read greens when you've never seen them before? -Well, it's hard to- it's harder to read them when they're grainy. It's a little bit of easier when it's just pure bent or [unk]. But this needs to have a little bit of grain. I have a lot of good putts after I saw someone hit a putt and- but other than that, it was just a little bit- a little more difficult than it should have been. -That's a good, nice, prolonged break. You worked through on your game at home, relaxed at home in South Florida. What's the most difficult thing that comes back in the competitive play after a long stretch away? -Well, I think just getting in to the flow of the round, just getting into the rhythm and the flow of hitting shots like that in a competitive environment. I think by the second hole, I was back into the rhythm of applying. So, it was good. I like to be good, you know, on the first hole. But, understandably, after a break like that, it just got to take a little bit. -Lastly, everybody's looking forward to seeing you play with Luke and Rory. -Uh-huh. -What was that like out there with you three? -It was good. You know, we had- we talked quite a bit and, you know, Rory didn't quite hit the ball as well as he'd like. But, boy, he sure shot the putt [unk] today. It was- it was good stuff to watch. -Appreciate your time. See you Friday. -Yeah, thank you.
