Hi. I'm Michael Breed. Host of the Golf Fix. We're taking a Facebook question here. And this one comes to us from Austin Rap. He asked, in my downswing and an impact my right foot is way up on the toe. And I've heard this causes a lot of problem. What can the Golf Fix do to fix this? All right, Austin. This is a very simple thing, what you're gonna do is you're gonna get yourself a balance rod right here. And the purpose of this is to stand on this while you're hitting the ball. What we wanna do is when you start to take that move and come in to that, come off that balance rod the club is gonna start to work underneath you. And as this club starts to work underneath what ends up happening is that the path of the club is very much inconsistent and the face all of a sudden has to activate. What I want you to do, is I want you to do stand on that balance rod. And make some swings and what I want you to do is I want you to feel the connection of the instep of your trail foot, the arch of the trail foot staying in line with that balance rod. And as you start to do that, what you're gonna feel is you're gonna feel the weight transition into the instep and the heel will stay on the ground and then you'll come up and out of the shot. So, as you start to feel that instep moving along the balance rod there, you're gonna find that there's much more consistency with your strike and much more consistency with the outcome of the shot. You get a nice clean, crisp hit there. And that ball is gonna go where you want it every time. So, very simple Austin. Get yourself a balance rod and you'll solve that problem. The other thing that you can do to solve your problem watch me, Michael Breed every Monday night at 7:00 PM, it's called the Golf Fix. And we're all about helping you play your best golf.
