-Hello again, and welcome back to Abu Dhabi here in the United Arab Emirates, and we're here at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, and Rex Hoggard, Senior Editor of GolfChannel.com. I'm Steve Sands, and there's a lot going on here including right here on the phone. You know, what these are? -A Blackberry. -A Blackberry. I know that, but do you know what's on the Blackberry? -I hope those are the questions I emailed you earlier in the day. -Those are the questions you emailed me because GolfChannel.com's Facebook page is welcoming everybody's questions, and we are gonna answer 4 of them or at least Rex is going. Ready? Peter wants to know, "Any chance of a rain delay here in the desert?" -Sure. Yeah. Absolutely. It actually might snow. No, it's not gonna rain here in the desert. We don't have to worry about a Monday finish 'cause that's what you and I are always worried about, the Monday finishes. -75 and sunny every single day is the forecast, Peter. Alright. Bob wants to know how much money is Tiger Woods getting to play this week here in Abu Dhabi. -That was a big talk on the range. Everyone wants to speculate. It's 7 figures; we both know that, whether it's 1.7 million, 2 million, who knows. I think what's interesting, when he was asked about it multiple times today during the press conference, that he makes a good point, pointing out that the United States, the PGA Tour, is the only tour in the world that doesn't allow appearance fees. -He's getting 7 figures more than you're getting to be here, I can tell you that. Alright. Brad wants to know, "Does Tiger's new swing appear to be working on the range, Rex, or is he having control issues with new swing." -I think it's working fine on the range. I think it's working fine on the range back home in South Florida. It's when he gets out here, he gets between the ropes. We'll see on Thursday exactly what he has. Let's face it though. The last 3 events, he's played pretty well. I think he's starting to figure it out. -And you and I watched him played in Tuesday's practice round. The first with 5,6 holes, that stinger looked awfully good. -The stinger looked good and you know, it got me on the first hole, right-to left wind. He always struggled. He struggled mildly last year in Dubai with that right-to-left wind 'cause he couldn't cut the ball. I saw him standing on the first hole today and hit a beautiful cut right in the middle of the fairway up against the wind. -The last question comes from Linda. What are the chances for Kaymer, Luke Donald, Ian Poulter and Sergio, my favorite Europeans. Don't care about TW. He is auto paid for this one. I like the European Tour as much as the US PGA. Linda writes. -Luke Donald, I don't vote against, but didn't Kaymer win by a gazilion here last time? -8 shots last year, 24 under. -Yeah, he owns this place. I'm gonna go with the German on that one. -Okay. So Martin Kaymer is your winner again? -Again. -Back to back. Kind of like Paul Casey did a few years ago. -Yeah. I like that. -Paul Casey is not here this week. Okay. Again, please email in all of your questions at Facebook in our Facebook page. Girl, I don't know anything about Facebook, you can tell. Golf Central account or if-- -Or you Twitter them. -Do you have a Twitter account? -I do. Do you? -I do not. Why are you making fun of me? Okay. Here it is. Tuesday here in Abu Dhabi and we are going to tell you 3 things we learned today. Number 1 would be what? -Tiger Woods can hit that cut, and whether if he can bring it to the, you know, between the ropes on Thursday when he needs to have it, well, we're gonna see, but he hit the ball solid today out there. -You know what we learned today? About 200 miles that way, only 200 miles, I ran. -My wife told me that. She wasn't very hungry. -Alright. Final thing? -Sure. Upcut's Fantasy of Flight, the newest writer of the Upcut is apparently right here behind us. -Can you see that? What is that? -It's the falcon, the Falcon Clubhouse here. Built in 1995, and let me tell you something. That falcon is staring at Rex Hoggard like it's gonna be dinner. -Gawking at us. -Look at that. -It's a 45-minute away. I'm gonna go get in line. -That is a spectacular clubhouse behind the 18th green here at the Abu Dhabi Golf Club. For Rex Hoggard, I'm Steve Sands. Thanks for logging on the GolfChannel.com. We'll see you soon.
