-In the Morning Drive studios for GolfChannel.com with Gary Williams, I'm Erik Kuselias. Rickie Fowler. He's got a lot of attention. He doesn't have a lot of wins. Zero on the PGA Tour. Could this be the week that the orange hat breaks through and sort of delivers on a lot of the promise and a lot of the attention that is already been bestowed? -It could be, Erik. You know, and again, it's only a second start of the year but he played well last week. And, you know, making an equipment change is a significant thing which he's going through now. But, he's still playing the same golf ball. He-- he'd played well here last year. He played extremely well the year before. He should have, could have, would have, whatever. The best chance to win a golf tournament was here two years ago. Yeah, he can win this week. -Yeah, you mentioned two years ago to anytime he finished in the runner up spot last year. He tee 13th but had that 62. I'm-- yeah, this is his-- this is as good as I felt since you and I have started this program about Rickie Fowler in a golf tournament. We do our drive draft. I picked him probably earlier than-- than I-- than I should have. But, I think this could be the week. This is just more of a hunch pick in addition to the facts that you mention and I mention. This is-- it just feels like maybe this is the time. They put Dustin Johnson and Phil Mickelson with him. I'm sure that's going to fire him up. You know you saw him out there. You know he's going to passing out stuff. It sort of a younger crowd and that feel when he gets to 16th at sort of place. I think there's an advantage. I think he's going to play really well. I-- I think this is the best chance that I've seen Rickie Fowler going into a tournament to have to win. This would be the highest that I would say to him. And, I think it's going to be a lot of fun. They've been good for the tour pick that they've done. -What do you think? -Yeah. -Yeah. Tim Finchem would go to work in all orange on Monday and he won't lay up on 15th facing the same position he was two years ago. -Tim, if you do go to work in all orange, probably leave the hat home up on just-- -No, wear it backwards. -Is that what you're going with? -Oh, sure. -Before you go to work or anywhere else, you can check us out Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Eastern right here on Morning Drive. See you then.
