Pilkadaris was at 19-under 265 for four rounds, recording his third career victory in eight months.
Australia's Jarrod Lyle birdied his last hole for a 71 and was runner-up at 270. Canada's Rick Gibson (66) and Australia's Matt Keegan (67) shared third at 271.
Pilkadaris earned $47,250 and moved into fourth place on the tour's money list at $155,811.
The Brunei Open ends the first half of the Asian Tour season. The tour will resume in September.
