Ballesteros in stable condition remains in hospital


MADRID, Spain ' Five-time major winner Seve Ballesteros is stable but still undergoing tests to determine why he had a dizzy spell this week.
La Paz University Hospital said it was not known when the 51-year-old golfer might be released. He was taken to the hospital Monday after briefly losing consciousness.
Ballesteros, who has a long history of back pain, retired from competition in 2007. He won the British Open three times and the Masters twice, and had 50 victories on the European Tour.
He was elected to the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1999.
