The star pitcher's teamed with actor Matthew McConaughey and Mike Eruzione, captain of the 1980 gold medal-winning U.S. Olympic hockey team. Jesper Parnevik, the 2000 Hope champion, was the tour pro playing with them, and he shot a 10-under 62.
Competing with 12 other celebrity groups in the best-ball format, Clemens' group finished a combined 65 under for four days, including 18 under for the final round.
That was good for a one-stroke win over the group that included Ahmad Rashad and Marshall Faulk.
