Furyk came in second last year to Peter Lonard, who will be back to defend his Heritage title this year.
Janzen is a two-time U.S. Open winner and will be making his 15th appearance at the Heritage.
Pavin, also a U.S. Open winner, will be teeing it up for the 18th time at Harbour Town.
Curtis and Calcavecchia are former British Open champions.
The six join a long list of big names including five-time Heritage winner Davis Love III who have agreed to play in the tournament April 10-16.
This year's winner will take home $954,000 of the $5.3 million purse.
