Nwide Tour Heads Down Under

Nationwide TourVICTORIA, Australia -- The Nationwide Tour moves from New Zealand to Australia this week for the inaugural Moonah Classic.
Last week's New Zealand PGA Championship became the first Nationwide Tour event in seven years to be shortened to 36 holes after heavy rains on Friday and Saturday left the course unplayable for two straight days.
Darron Stiles shot a 68 in the second round on Sunday for an unofficial win, claiming $117,000 in official prize money. He did not receive two-year exempt status.
The GOLF CHANNEL has two hours of coverage of all four rounds this weekend.
Following a four-week break, the Nationwide Tour will be in the U.S. for the first time this season when the Chitimacha Louisiana Open begins on March 27.
