Scott took the lead after completing the rain-interrupted third round Sunday morning. He then made five birdies and an eagle against one bogey in the final round to finish at 13-under 271 in the Asian Tour event.
'I was smart and I had a game plan,' Scott said. 'I seemed to execute just how I wanted to -- only one bogey on 16.'
England's Lee Westwood closed with a 68 for a 278 while Australia's Andrew Buckle had a 71 that left him at 279.
On the PGA Tour, Scott won the rain-shortened Nissan Open in California this year. His other victory in Asia this year came at the Johnnie Walker Classic in Beijing in April. He will compete for the International team at the Presidents Cup in Virginia this month.
