Tiger Jordan to Play Together in Pro-Am

2007 Wachovia ChampionshipCHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan have played plenty of golf together, but not in an organized event. That will change Wednesday when they partner in the Wachovia Championship pro-am.
Woods will be playing for the first time since he tied for second at the Masters.
Jordan has played the pro-am at the Bay Hill Invitational, but not in the same group with Woods.
'These two gentlemen are two of the most well-known athletes in the world, and to have them both here for one day playing in the same group is a special treat,' tournament director Kym Hougham said.
Woods and Jordan are to tee off at 7:30 a.m. from the first tee at Quail Hollow. Filling out the threesome will be Skipper Beck, president and CEO of Beck Imports of the Carolinas, who supplies the tournament with courtesy Mercedes-Benz cars.
