Your Breakthrough Year

RSS

The New Year has come and gone. With it comes the opportunity for new possibilities, new expectations and a new set of plans for improving your performance. This is an important time to evaluate and assess yourself and your game. Whether you live in a warm weather climate or in the cold weather regions; this time of year can bring to light what is most important for you to have a personal breakthrough year!

Anyone at any level can have a breakthrough and it all begins with an honest and direct assessment of where you are right now! Ive chosen 20 items from the longer FlowZone Mental Mastery Assessment (usually $75) for you to begin taking a look at where you are in your own game. Assessments help us take a more honest and direct look at whats inhibiting our performance and what is enabling us to play our best. Of course, its up to you to be as honest as you are willing to be. Ive found this to be a critical key in working with players of all skill levels because of a simple but real truth:

The more honest you are; the faster you get what you want.

When we are honest with ourselves we automatically remove resistance and are more receptive to take action on what needs to be done.
