RSS

Hunter Mahan has signed a multi-year agreement to continue playing Ping golf equipment, parent company Karsten Manufacturing announced Monday.

The three-time PGA Tour winner will continue to will wear a Ping hat, carry a staff bag and play Ping equipment. Since turning pro out of Oklahoma State in 2003, Mahan has been a Ping staff member.

“I’m thrilled to continue my relationship with a company that has stood by me since Day 1,” Mahan said in a release.

Mahan currently plays with many of the company’s latest offerings - the G20 driver and 3-wood, Anser forged wedges and an Anser milled putter – in addition to S56 irons, released in 2010.

Last season, Mahan did not win but posted nine top-10 finishes on the PGA Tour, winning $3.5 million.
