Scott shoots 68 in Rd.2, 'feeling a lot better'

ORLANDO, Fla. – Despite the fact that Adam Scott has been battling flu-like symptoms all week, he’s still managed to jump out to a considerable lead (seven shots) through two rounds of the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

If he can play that well when he’s not feeling well, imagine what he could do if he were healthy? Turns out, we may find out this weekend. After his 4-under 68 on Friday, Scott said he was on the road to recovery.

“I’m feeling a lot better than when I woke up (Thursday) morning,” Scott said. “Just a little flat and got a sore throat now. So, hopefully the worst is behind. But as far as energy goes, I’m 100 percent.”
