Jordan Spieth is nearly a top-5 player after beating Mr. Top 5, Patrick Reed, and Sean O’Hair in a playoff at the Valspar Championship.

Spieth is at a career-best sixth in the Official World Golf Ranking following his second victory on the PGA Tour. He was 10th the week prior.

Reed picked up only one spot, moving from 16th to 15th. Fellow T-2’er O’Hair, however, soared from 401st to 188th. This was O’Hair’s first top-10 on the PGA Tour since the 2014 Arnold Palmer Invitational. He was ranked as high as 12th, in 2009, but fell outside the top 500 as of last year.

On the European Tour, George Coetzee won the Tshwane Open in South Africa to jump 20 spots to 67th. That gets him closer to a spot in the 64-man field at the WGC-Cadillac Match Play Championship in late April.

The only movement inside the top 10 was Spieth reaching sixth and bumping everyone else down a notch. Here is the current top 10: Rory McIlroy, Bubba Watson, Henrik Stenson, Adam Scott, Jason Day, Spieth, Jim Furyk, Sergio Garcia, Dustin Johnson and Justin Rose.

Tiger Woods, who announced Friday that he will not return from his hiatus to compete in this week’s Bay Hill event, fell from 79th to 87th.
