Inbee Park won the Wegman's LPGA Championship Sunday in a playoff over Brittany Lincicome. It was Park's fifth major title and second win of the season (Manulife Financial LPGA Classic). Check out the historical significance of her triumph, courtesy the Golf Channel research department:

• Park has won four of last nine majors contested (won 1st three of 2013)

• First to win back-to-back LPGA’s since Annika Sorenstam (2003-05, three straight)

• She's the 14th different woman to win multiple LPGA Championships

• Park is the 16th different woman to win 5-plus major championships

• Second major win when trailing entering final round (2008 U.S. Women’s Open)
