Tee times moved up for final round at Safeway

With more rain in the forecast, officials decided to move up tee times for the final round at the Safeway Open.

Play was suspended at 5:42 p.m. local time, and the final group still has three holes to complete on Sunday morning. The final round is expected to start at 7:45 a.m. local time with the final group off at 9:45 a.m. For the second day in a row they will go off in threesomes on Nos. 1 and 10.

Rain has disrupted play two days in a row in Napa in the first event of the 2016-17 PGA Tour season. Johnson Wagner leads Scott Piercy and Patton Kizzire by one stroke.
