WINDERMERE, Fla. – Members of the PGA Tour’s ShotLink staff have followed the lead set by the circuit’s rules officials and moved to unionize.

Seven members of the ShotLink staff recently had their request for unionization approved and plan to begin meetings with the Tour.

The ShotLink union will be represented by Christian Dennie, the Fort Worth, Texas-based attorney who represented the Tour’s rules officials in their negotiations with the circuit in 2013.

Dennie, who is also representing the Association of Professional Tour Caddies in that group’s negotiations with the Tour, declined a request for comment.
