Tropical Storm Arthur delays event

Hurricane Arthur is now a post-tropical storm, but it's still causing plenty of damage.

The hurricane hit North Carolina on July 4, and then weakened as it moved its way up the coast. On Saturday the storm hit Nova Scotia, site of this week's event, and halted play for the day.

According to the Tour's Twitter account, winds between 42 and 55 mph battered the course, knocking down trees and even damaging Golf Channel's broadcast booth.

On Sunday, they expect to be able to squeeze in 36 holes and finish the tournament. Jose De Jesus Rodriguez and Roger Sloan are tied for the lead at 10 under par.
