Most amateurs don't play four golf balls on the same hole unless it's a scramble.
Well it was Alexander Levy's fourth ball that finally found the bottom of the cup Sunday at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in South Africa.
Levy rinsed three balls on his approach to the par-5 ninth green. After dropping his third in the drink, he actually proceeded to erupt into a fit of laughter. The good vibes paid off in a ninth shot - ninth shot - that nearly went in before Levy holed out for a whopping 10.
Levy finished with a final-round 78 that left him 4 over for the championship, 22 shots behind champion Danny Willett.
