Watney on Watney
'I feel that Ive seen everything good that a college golfer can show me and then Nick goes out and shows me something better. Nick is special and I dont mean that just in the golfing sense. It starts that he is a great person. He is a friend to everyone and it has nothing to do with his golf. However, Nick is driven to succeed. God gave him a good body but Nick continues to do the work necessary to get better and better and still better. I dont think Nick is satisfied unless he beats everyone everytime. That motivates him to work even more, but on the other hand, Nick has a great balance in his life. He knows his faith, family, and friends are most important. But like I said, Nicks focus after that is a relentless pursuit of excellence and it is truly a joy to watch this young man.'
