Here are GolfChannel.com’s Power Rankings, the top 10 favorites for this week's Bob Hope Classic:

2011 Power Rankings: Week 3

RANKNAMECOMMENTS
Matt Kuchar1Matt Kuchar

Two starts, two top-10s for last year's money champ. He was also runner-up at this event last year.

2
 Tim Clark

A furious finish came up a couple of shots short at the Sony Open. He has three top-5 finishes at the Hope, including a pair of T-2s. (NOTE: Clark withdrew Tuesday due to blisters on his feet)

Bill Haas
3
Bill Haas
The defending Hope champion, Haas was eighth at Kapalua. He also skipped last week's event, which may make him fresher than many in the field.
Jeff Overton
4
 Jeff Overton
From out of nowhere, Overton has become one of the best players on the PGA Tour without a title. The desert may be the perfect place for him to get hot and move into the winner's category.
Steve Marino
5
 Steve Marino
Marino is another guy who keeps coming close to victory, but just shy. He did it again last week at the Sony with a T-2. He has made the cut in all three Hope starts.
Bubba Watson
6
 Bubba Watson
Watson tied for second at this event a year ago. This is the perfect, laid-back atmosphere for him to pick up career win No. 2.
Charley Hoffman
7
 Charley Hoffman
Hoffman has steadily gotten worse at this tournament since his 2007 triumph, but a past champion always has a chance at the Hope.
Mark Wilson
8
 Mark Wilson
Wilson hasn't done much in the events following his previous two Tour victories. Still, he fresh off a win and must be considered a factor this week.
Ryan Moore
9
Ryan Moore
Moore is hit or miss at this tournament. He has a T-5 and a T-10 to go along with a pair of missed cuts.
Stewart Cink
10
Stewart Cink
Cink is winless since his 2009 Open Championship victory; however, he has a tendancy to get off to good starts each season.

Also receiving votes: Brian Gay, Jerry Kelly, Pat Perez, Martin Laird, Brendon de Jonge, Kevin Na, Roland Thatcher, Paul Goydos, Justin Leonard, David Toms, Chris Kirk, Kenny Perry, Charles Howell III and D.J. Trahan.
