March 13, 1960 ' Arnold Palmer one-putts nine of the last 10 greens, including 32-footer at the last, to win the Pensacola Open.
March 16, 2001 ' Annika Sorenstam shoots 59 during the second round of the Standard Register Ping at Phoenix.
March 16, 1997 ' Bob Murphy wins the Senior Tours longest playoff with a victory over Jay Sigel. The two played nine holes in overtime at the Toshiba Senior Classic at Newport Beach, Calif., before Murphy finally sunk a monstrous 80-foot putt for the win.
