Action Resumes on BuyCom Tour

Following a week off due to the tragedies in New York City and Washington, D.C., life returns to normal on all the professional golf tours, including that of the Buy.Com circuit.
The players head to Idaho and the Hillcrest Country Club this week for the $556,000 Boise Open.
Returning as defending champion, Tim Clark won here last year by six shots at 15-under-par 269.
Clark, who graduated to the PGA Tour with his win, has not played much this year on either tour, but will compete this week, along with a strong cast of Buy.Com talent.
Two-time winner this year Chad Campbell is scheduled to tee it up, as is Jonathan Byrd, R.W. Eaks, Rob McKelvey, Pat Perez and Lee Rinker.
All will be shooting it out for the first-place prize of slighty over $100,000. With the regular season coming to a close, each tournament becomes more and more important, as the top-15 on the money list will become exempt for the 2002 PGA Tour.
