Alcott Feeling Better Following Chest Pains


Alcott, AmyLPGA Tour Hall of Famer Amy Alcott is expected to be released from the Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Oh. on Monday, according to the Associated Press.
Alcott was admitted Sunday morning due to chest pains that caused her to withdraw from the Jamie Farr Kroger Classic.
While the 29-time winner on the womens circuit has requested no information be released on her condition, she has been given orders to follow up with her doctor once she returns home to Santa Monica, Calif.
The Kroger was just the seventh tournament the 45-year-old Alcott has played this year. She stood at 1-over-par 214 when she withdrew.
