Allenby Daly Confirm for Johnnie Walker

The Australian No. 1, Robert Allenby, and two-time major campion John Daly are confirmed for the 2003 Johnnie Walker Classic which returns to Lake Karrinyup Country Club, Perth, Western Australia, from February 13-16.
Allenby, ranked 24th in the world and winner of 15 titles as a professional, will be seeking to become the first Australian since Greg Norman in 1994 to win the Johnnie Walker Classic. The 31 year old was twice a runner-up on the U.S. PGA Tour - where he has won four times - in 2002.
Daly, 36, caught the golfing world by surprise in 1991 when he won the PGA Championship at Crooked Stick, having gained access to the field as an alternate. He also won the 1995 Open Golf Championship at St Andrews and, more recently, the BMW International Open on The European Tour International Schedule.
Already confirmed for the event are Ernie Els; Nick Faldo, a two time winner of the Johnnie Walker Classic, Sergio Garcia of Spain and defending champion, Retief Goosen.
