Baddeley Disappointed at Missing Tourney

Aaron Baddeley, the 20-year-old Australian who is participating in the PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament, is disappointed he will be forced to miss the Australian Open later this month.
Baddeley won the tournament the last two years, in 1999 as an amateur. He will particularly miss playing with 17-year-old Ty Tryon of Orlando, Fl.
'I've played with Ty. He's a fantastic player,' said Baddeley.
Despite a lackluster year in the U.S. last year, his confidence remains high.
'My aim is to win the Tour School,' he said, noting that a top-five finish would get him into almost every tournament in 2002.
'I'm still a much better player than I was this time last year.'
