Boy Apologizes for Tossing Orange at Phoenix

Tournament officials have accepted a written apology from the 15-year-old boy who threw an orange across the green at last week's Phoenix Open.
While they have decided not to file assault charges on the boy, as the orange came within close proximity to Tiger Woods, they are recommending that he partake in community service activities with tournament charities.
The boy, an honor student at a local high school, has no criminal record so to speak, and wrote that he tossed the orange on a dare with friends.
