Campbell Changes Mind Will Play in New Zealand

Michael Campbell still feels the appearance money Tiger Woods will get for the New Zealand Open is excessive, but he says he will participate, nonetheless.
Woods is reported to receive approximately $2.5 million for the tournament, which caused promoters to raise a week-long ticket from $20.50 to $205.
Campbell won one important concession from tournament organizers - youth under 16 years of age will be admitted free.
Campbell said that, while he was honest in threatening to boycott, he never embraced the thought of not playing in the tournament. Campbell is from New Zealand.
