Daly Withdraws From Johnnie Walker

John Daly has pulled out of next weeks Johnnie Walker Classic in Perth, Australia, citing personal reasons.
But while the 36-year-old wont be coming back to Australia for the European and Asian Tour tri-sanctioned event, organizers have also announced that Ian Woosnam and Lee Westwood will take part.
Dual major winner Daly was also a late withdrawal from last weeks Heineken Classic at Royal Melbourne, with the death of his mother late last year believed to be behind his decision.
Daly did play in the Australian PGA Championship in November, but stormed off the course without signing his card at the end of the second round after hitting four balls - and then throwing his putter - into water by the 18th green.
But the inclusion of Woosnam and Westwood adds to an already strong field. Others confirmed are world No.2 Ernie Els, his fellow South African and defending champion Retief Goosen, world No.7 Sergio Garcia of Spain, and locals Robert Allenby, Adam Scott and Craig Parry.
