Eaks Keeps Lead in Charity Pro-Am

Forty-eight-year-old R.W. Eaks maintained his lead entering the third round of the Buy.Com Charity Pro-Am at the Cliffs.

Eaks birdied five of his final nine holes to move to 12-under-par in Greenville, SC, one shot clear of Richard Zokol and Charles Raulerson, who each shot 6-under-par 66.
Eaks led by one shot as the day began, and managed to keep that lead by shooting a 5-under-par 67. His lone blemish on Friday came in the form of a double bogey on the par-3 17th, his eighth hole of the day.
Eaks and Raulerson are each past Buy.Com winners. Eaks has won three times, with the most recent coming in 1997. Raulerson won twice in 1998.
Zokol has never won on the Buy.Com Tour, but did record a victory on the PGA Tour in the 1992 Greater Milwaukee Open.
