Els Helps Kick Off Sunshine Tour Season


World No. 2 Ernie Els will help kick off the 2004/2005 Sunshine Tour season at the Nelson Mandela Invitational presented by Coca-Cola on Nov. 27-28.
Els will join a field that includes 2003/2004 Sunshine Tour money winner Darren Fichardt and risning star Thabang Simon.
The Nedbank Golf Challenge, celebrating its 29th year at Sun City, is slated Dec. 2-5, followed by the dunhill championship - the first of two events co-sanctioned by the European Tour - Dec. 9-12.
The Sunshine Tour resumes in 2005 when the second oldest national open in the golf world, the South African Airways Open, is played Jan. 20-23. The Dimension Data Pro-Am , the Nashua Masters, and the Telkom PGA Championship wind up the season.
The full 2004/2005 summer schedule will be announced at a later date.
