TGC will bring extended live television coverage from the show floor in the Orange County Convention Center from 1-3 p.m. EDT Jan. 27-29. A marathon replay of those six hours of programming will conclude coverage Jan. 30. Additionally, show programming will air during prime time and be repeated late night for a total of 24 hours of live and taped coverage.
The 2005 PGA Merchandise Show is the worlds most influential golf business gathering showcasing equipment, apparel and accessories from the game's leading brands and is open exclusively to industry professionals.
With its coverage, The Golf Channel will give viewers a chance to catch the first glimpse of golf's latest merchandise, hear from industry trend setters and see what's new from the various presenting companies. Viewers also will get behind the scenes at the show's outdoor equipment Demo Day, apparel fashion shows and the world's largest indoor Equipment Test Center.

Our coverage will reveal who and what are making industry news, as well as showcase new technologies and the overwhelming variety of golf merchandise introduced by manufacturers large and small.

The new partnership also designates TGC as an official sponsor of Demo Day and a presenting sponsor of the Fashion Fairway and Dream Pro Shop. The Golf Channel also will present a 'Best Badge in the Business' Sweepstakes Oct. 25-Dec. 5,that will provide consumers with a chance to win a trip to the PGA Merchandise Show.
One winner and three guests will receive a 4-day, 3-night trip to Orlando that includes airfare, lodging, a behind the scenes tour of TGC studios, four custom sets of clubs and VIP access to the PGA Merchandise Show.
