Hill finished the tournament at 8-under-par, three shots clear of Jonathan Byrd (68) and Matt Peterson (72).
Peterson led by a shot entering the final round. Ironically, it was Byrd who bettered Peterson the last time he held a 54-hole lead at this years Charity Pro-Am.
Hill carded four birdies in an eight-hole stretch beginning at the par-4 4th. He stood at 8-under through 11 holes.
Peterson was just one shot back, but bogeyed the 13th and tripled the par-3 15th to drop to 3-under for the tournament. Peterson finished strong, however, with birdies on 16 and 17 to earn a share of second place.
Hill collected the first-place prize of $76,500. He moves from 29th to seventh on the 2001 money list.
