Kuehne Faces Tough Recovery Road

RSS

1998 U.S. Amateur champion Hank Kuehne underwent major surgery on his left arm and elbow Tuesday in Salt Lake City, Utah, and will be sidelined from any golf-related activities for the next four to six months.

According to a report from The Dallas Morning News, Kuehne's father, Ernie Kuehne, claimed the surgery could potentially be career-ending.

Since turning professional in 1999, Kuehne, a four-time All-American at Southern Methodist University, has struggled on the professional ranks, having yet to earn playing privileges on any tour.
