Play Postponed in Ozarks Open


Rain forced the suspension of second-round play at the Buy.Com Ozarks Open in Springfield, Mo.

Play was halted at 8:40 a.m. CDT, less than 90 minutes after it began at Highland Springs Country Club. It was officially cancelled for the day at 1:30 p.m.
No one has yet to complete their second rounds. Omar Uresti currently holds the lead. He's 10-under-par through five holes. Brenden Pappas is 9-under-par through four holes.
Play is expected to resume at 8:40 a.m.
With more rain in the forecast, the second round is scheduled to be completed on Saturday; while 36 holes are expected to be played on Sunday.
