Seven Companies Extend Sponsorship of LPGA


The LPGA announced seven of their corporate marketing partners have extended their sponsorships of the tour. The companies are: Acushnet Company, Anheuser-Busch/Michelob Light, Budget Rent a Car, CENTURY 21, Shell, J.M. Smucker Co. and Sunderland of Scotland.
'The LPGA is enjoying one of its most successful periods ever in the association's history,' said Karen Durkin, senior vice president of marketing and chief marketing officer for the LPGA. 'This success is due in large part to the support and commitment of our sponsor family.
'Together, the LPGA and each of these seven companies are making a difference in women's sports. We applaud them for their commitment to women's golf.'
