Shell Houston Open to Move

Televison station KRIV is reporting that the Houston Golf Association has reached an agreement to move the Shell Houston Open from the TPC at The Woodlands to Memorial Park.
The agreement still must be approved by the Houston City Council, the HGA's board of governors and the PGA Tour's policy board.
The Houston tournament had called The Woodlands home for 27 years. It was played for many years in its infancy at Memorial Park, a public course due to receive $2.5 million in improvements should the tourney indeed move.
