Tour Stays in Britain for English Open

The European Tour makes the third of three consecutive starts in England at this weeks The Compass Group English Open.
This time the tour stops at the Marriott Forest of Arden, where Darren Clarke will vie for a three-peat.
Clarke successfully defended his title last year by carding a magnificent final-round 65 to overcome a six-shot deficit to Michael Campbell.
Clarke became the first person to win the English Open in back-to-back years since Mark James did so in 1989 and 1990. Coincidentally, James tied Campbell for second place in 2000.
A host of European talent; including Lee Westwood, Colin Montgomerie, Adam Scott and Paul Lawrie will join Clarke.
The jaunt through England has included a pair of surprise winners. Andrew Oldcorn captured his first tour title in six years at the Volvo PGA Championship.
Last week, Frenchman Thomas Levet snapped a three-year winless drought by winning the British Masters is a four-way playoff.
