Woods Donates $5 Million to Start Youth Center

Tiger Woods has put his money on what he feels is a sure bet in his native California, kicking off a $25 million campaign with a personal donation of $5 million towards a new youth golf center in Anaheim.
The center will be called the H.G. Dad Miller Golf Course, in honor of a teacher who was instrumental to Woods and hundreds of other youngsters in the area. Cynthia Code, the Orange Country board supervisor, called the act a heartwarming story of gratitude.
