Woods Wins Third Consecutive McCormack Award


Tiger Woods has won the 2000 McCormack Award, given annually to the player who holds the No. l position on the Official World Golf Ranking for the greatest number of weeks each year.
Woods also won the award in 1998 and 1999. The award, created in 1998 by the Governing Board of the Official World Golf Ranking, honors Mark McCormack for the significant role he played in founding a world-ranking system for professional golf.
