-To hit stinger shots like Tiger Woods did en route to victory at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, here's what you need to do. First, steepen your shoulder line to make a steeper angle of approach. Next, make a full upper body rotation. Finally, keep your trail palm up throughout the swing. This will keep the club face open, eliminating the hook.
-To increase your shoulder turn, point the back of your trail shoulder to your target at the top of your backswing. This will improve your power and accuracy.
Viewer Question of the Week (Facebook Exclusive)
Q: I'm having trouble with my ball position with the driver. I pull it to the left. Any setup tips? (Jerry Voyles)
A: Focus on ball position as an upper body thing, not lower body. Play the ball with your driver off of your lead armpit.
