With few exceptions, one common trait that you see among good players is that they have excellent balance in their golf swings.
Many average or higher-handicap players, however, have too much lateral movement in their swings and not enough turn, which leaves them falling all over the place and struggling to make solid contact.
In this video segment, Mark Bereza of Annika Academy has a great drill that you can use to improve your turn and your balance, and all you have to do is hit shots with your feet together.
Try this approach the next time you practice, or as Bereza suggests before you go out to play, and you’ll create a more controlled and efficient golf swing.
