Tip of the Week: Sequence your golf swing correctly

RSS

Building a sound, repeatable golf swing requires good sequencing, which more directly means having the body and arms properly working together.

That, however, can be a problem for many average players, many of whom don’t understand how the body motion and arm swing are supposed to sync up.

In this video segment, former LPGA standout Charlotta Sorenstam has a great drill to help you feel what it’s like to get your arms and body working together, which will create proper sequencing in both the backswing and downswing.

So grab an impact bag and a friend and try this drill on the range. The result will be a more efficient swing and more consistent shots
